大家好！近期，我国多个省区发生新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。根据国家卫生健康委员会最新通报，目前疫情呈现输入性、社区化、聚集性趋势，广西已启动突发公共卫生事件一级响应机制。为切实做好疫情防控工作，最大限度阻断传播渠道，提高同学们的自我防控意识和能力，保障大家的身体健康和生命安全，我们特致信予你，提醒同学们注意以下事项：
Recently, several provinces
in China have been infected with novel coronavirus pneumonia. According to the
latest report of the National Health and Health Commission, the current
epidemic situation shows the trend of input, community and aggregation, Guangxi
Autonomous Region has launched the first level response mechanism for public
health emergencies. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and
control, block the transmission channels to the greatest extent, improve the
self-control awareness and the ability of overseas students, and ensure
everyone's health and life safety, we hereby send you a letter to remind you of
the points as follows:
一、学习新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情知识，了解疫情发展情况，面对疫情，相信科学，保有自信，存有敬畏。
Learn the knowledge of the

the epidemic situation, face the epidemic situation, believe in science,
maintain self-confidence and awe.
二、提高自我防护意识，保持良好的卫生健康习惯，均衡饮食，规律作息，加强锻炼。保持环境卫生和室内通风，勤洗手、洗脸，打喷嚏或咳嗽时应用纸巾掩盖口鼻，凡外出必佩戴口罩，并把用过的口罩以安全方式处理，避免成为新的病毒传播源。
Improve self-protection
awareness, keep good health habits, balanced diet, regular work and rest, and
strengthen exercise. Maintain environmental sanitation and indoor ventilation,
wash hands and face frequently, cover nose and mouth with paper towel when
sneezing or coughing, wear masks when going out, and handle the used masks in a
safe way to avoid becoming a new source of virus transmission.
三、避免前往人群密集的（如商场、旅游景点、生鲜市场、饭店等）公共场所；尽量减少乘坐公共交通工具；不参加各类聚会聚餐。尽量远离医院（发病人群最集中的地方就是医院，尤其是急诊科、发热门诊、呼吸内科）等病毒易交叉传染的地方。
Avoid going to crowded
public places (such as shopping malls, tourist attractions, fresh markets,
restaurants, etc.); minimize the use of public transport; do not participate in
various parties and dinners. Try to stay away from the hospital (the place
where the onset population most concentrated is the hospital, especially the
emergency department, fever clinic, respiratory medicine) and other places
prone to cross infection.
四、避免接触野生动物，不食用病、死禽畜或野生动物，肉蛋类烹调时要彻底煮熟。
Avoid contact with wild
animals, do not eat sick, dead livestock or wild animals, and thoroughly cook
meat and eggs when cooking.
五、关注自身身体状况，如出现发热、头痛、乏力、肌痛、流涕、咳嗽、呼吸困难、腹泻等症状，第一时间戴上口罩，做好自我隔离，告知学校，并准备好医疗保险证明，尽早到定点医院就诊，遵照医嘱彻底治疗。如亲友有从疫区返回或来访，请自行居家隔离14日，如无症状，再行外出。
Pay attention to your own
physical conditions, if there is some symptoms on your body such as fever,
headache, fatigue, myalgia, runny nose, cough, dyspnea, diarrhea and some other
symptoms, please wear masks immediately, and isolate yourself, inform the
university, and prepare medical insurance card, go to the designated hospital
as soon as possible, and treat thoroughly according to the medical advice. If
there are relatives and friends returned or visited from the epidemic area,
please isolate them at home for 14 days. If there is no symptom, going outside
is allowed.
六、疫情期间，请寒假留在学校的国际学生遵守学校相关规定，配合学校做好出入登记、体温测量、公共区域及宿舍内喷洒消毒等工作。不邀请他人来宿舍拜访或留宿，不在学校外的地方留宿。同时，保持与家庭和亲人的日常电话和网络联系，使亲人安心。
During the epidemic period,
the students who stay in the university during the winter vacation must abide
by the relevant regulations of the university, and cooperate with the
university in the work of access registration, temperature measurement,
spraying and disinfection in public areas and dormitories. Do not invite others
to visit or stay in the dormitory, and do not stay outside the campus. At
the same time, maintain the daily telephone and internet contact with families
and relatives, so that families can feel at ease.
七、目前，全体离校学生不得在2020年2月24日前（含2月24日）返校。未收到开学通知，提前返校者，将依法依规严肃处理。学校也将根据疫情发展情况，对2020年春季开学有关情况做出研判，必要时还将对教学安排及相关工作做出调整，并会在第一时间告知各位国际学生。
At present, all the
students leaving the university are NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN to the university
before or on February 24, 2020. Without receiving notice of the opening
of spring semester of 2020, any student who returns to the university in
advance will be punished in accordance with the laws and regulations. According to the development of the epidemic situation, the university will
also make a judgment on the situation related to the opening of spring semester
of 2020. If necessary, it will also make adjustments to the teaching
arrangement and related work, and will inform all foreign students in the first
time.
八、严格遵守中国国家法律法规，自觉遵守网络安全规范，要对接收的信息进行有效甄别，自觉维护、共同营造文明有序的生活环境，不信谣、不传谣、不造谣，关注官方发布的权威信息，科学应对疫情。

各位同学，当前新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情依然在快速蔓延，学校再次强调：尽量减少出门；不得提前返回学校；按时报送健康状况，及时报告本人行踪动向，严格遵守疫情期间纪律，谎报瞒报将被严肃处理。
